My mom was at Prospect Heights Care Center for 5 weeks during October and November, 2022. The level of care she received was outstanding. Dr Mendes was the Geriatric Doctor on sight and always gave a thorough evaluation of her progress or any concerns and never rushed me for any questions I had. She was very knowledgable and appreciated the time she took. The nurses were EXTREMELY patient working with mom and compassionate, joking with her to keep her spirits up. Sean and Chrystal are the names I remember and would always provide great feedback to me as well. Food was good and served in a timely manner each day with a large menu to select from each day. The therapists such as “Moe” and the young lady working with her were very good and knew what her limits were. They made each session fun and were encouraging her. In totality, this is a rehabilitation center where you can leave your loved one and know that they will receive the proper care, will be treated with respect and be in great hands!

My father is there and such a clean place. He was in a place in Wayne, NJ. It was gross. Once you walked in all it smelt like a Porta Potty. Not this place all floors and neat and clean. His nurse Rebecca was on top of everything as well as all the staff. Rebecca would call me daily with reports on my father. Thank you for all your help Rebecca and all the staff at Prospect Heights. Also Maria the Social Worker was outstanding too.

My father had his third successful stint at Prospect Heights. The facility is immaculate, the nursing staff is top notch, the aides treated my father as if he were their father, and the therapies got my father rehabilitated and back home! I cannot say enough good things about our whole Prospect Heights experience. After my father was discharged, I had some follow up questions and concerns, which were addressed by the staff immediately. I hope to not have to use Prospect Heights again, but if I need a rehabilitation facility, I will look no further than Prospect Heights!

I am flabbergasted. Before I wrote this review I skimmed through others. I very rarely write reviews. The experience we had was what we would have hoped for for our 82 year old mother. Staff was very attentive, caring, communicative. We never felt like a worry having her there. When it came to discharge, Jane and Alisa made the process very smooth and held our hands through the process.
